Create templates: Ensure that your staff can create/work to your standard by making templates that show exactly how things should look. Whatever the task, you should be clear with the expectations.

Set up systems: Set up procedures, so your staff know what to do and when. Then, you can leave for a time and still have the system work smoothly. 

Conserve energy: Burn-out isn’t good for you or the business.  Reserve your energy to look at the bigger picture, think about growth strategies, and enjoy work and leisure time.

There’s no such thing as standing still when you have a six-figure plus business. It has to keep growing, or it starts dying. So the purpose of hiring is to create energy and forward momentum.
